Terms of Use

1. Provider. with Klaus is a service provided by CW Apps GmbH, Pariser Platz 6a, 10117 Berlin. All games and tools are free of charge. There are no subscriptions and no ads.

2. Use. You may use with Klaus for private purposes. If you are under 16, you need an invitation from a parent. An account is personal; do not share your access.

3. Your Content. Whatever you upload or enter – names, photos, texts – remains yours. You grant us permission to display it within the respective app, including to other participants if your settings allow it. Do not upload anything that violates the rights of others or is unlawful. In the event of violations, we reserve the right to remove content and block accounts.

4. Availability. with Klaus is continuously being developed. There is no entitlement to permanent availability, specific features, or the preservation of game progress. We may modify or discontinue apps.

5. Liability. We are only liable for intent and gross negligence, as well as for injury to life, body, or health. Content generated by an AI (such as stories, quiz questions, translations) may contain errors.

6. Privacy. How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes and Applicable Law. We may adapt these terms; the current version can always be found here. German law applies.
